This Candy Cane Fudge is so easy  to make and it is perfect treat or holiday parties and Christmas cookie trays. This fudge looks so perfect for the holidays!

• 12oz semi sweet chocolate chips.
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz).
• 10oz white chocolate chips.
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract.
• 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (7oz).
• 3 candy canes (chopped).
